This Privacy Policy applies to the Tubi TV+ mobile application (the "Application") created by Tubi TV+ Developer (the "Service Provider") as a free service. The Application is provided "AS IS".

The Application is designed for local use. Favorites, watchlist items, recently viewed titles, recent searches, quiz results, achievements, AI Chat consent, and visible chat history are stored locally on your device.

The Application does not require an account, authentication, subscriptions, in-app purchases, Firebase, or analytics SDKs.

When you use movie and TV discovery features, the Application may contact The Movie Database (TMDB) API to load public movie and TV metadata, images, search results, and details.

AI Chat is optional and is blocked until you provide explicit consent in the Application. If you agree and send a chat message, the Application sends the text of each user message, chat_id, and the fixed movie/TV system_prompt to OpenRouter Chat proxy, a third-party AI chat service hosted on Railway at freeopenrouterchat-production.up.railway.app. The purpose is only to generate movie/TV chat responses and recommendations.

OpenRouter Chat proxy acts as a third-party processor/service provider for this AI Chat feature. The third-party AI chat service is expected to protect submitted data under the same or equivalent confidentiality and security commitments described in this Privacy Policy.

The AI chat service may retain conversation history server-side using chat_id for conversation continuity. You can revoke AI chat data sharing in Settings at any time; revocation resets the local chat session and blocks future AI chat requests until you agree again.

The Service Provider may share information with third parties only in the ways described in this Privacy Policy, including optional AI Chat processing after explicit consent and TMDB requests needed to provide movie and TV discovery features.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information as required by law, to protect rights and safety, investigate fraud, respond to government requests, or with trusted service providers who work on behalf of the Service Provider and agree to follow this Privacy Policy.

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application. You can also disable AI Chat data sharing in Settings, which resets the local chat session and blocks future AI Chat requests until consent is granted again.

Local app data remains on your device until you clear it in the Application, revoke AI Chat consent where applicable, or uninstall the Application. If you contact the Service Provider directly, the information you provide may be retained for a reasonable time to respond to your request.

The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Application or Services, contact the Service Provider so appropriate action can be taken.

The Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards to protect information processed and maintained by the Application and expects third-party service providers/processors to apply the same or equivalent confidentiality and security commitments.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. You are advised to review this page regularly for changes.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2026-06-16.

By using the Application, you consent to the processing of information as described in this Privacy Policy. AI Chat data sharing requires a separate explicit consent inside the Application before any AI Chat network request.
